Our customers love our GT3 intake manifold conversion kit suitable for the classic Porsches. True to our namesake, it is available in a range of customised configurations and combinations of parts.
The kits are based around the 996 GT3 large volume intake manifolds, with much larger port diameters than other available factory parts. 49mm, compared to the standard 964 manifold 43mm, or smaller 39mm 3.2 manifolds.
Available with our beautiful CNC machined resonance flap kit. This uses sealed roller bearings for longevity and turbo applications. We recommend to use our resonance flap kit with turbo builds as well, results show on many applications improvements to the mid range. This is highly dependent on each engine and selected components. Some customers prefer the simplicity of our turbo kit, with resonance flap delete for turbo cars.
AMS parts are CNC machined and anodised black.
The kits are available to suit both the earlier 2 bolt cylinder heads (2.7/3.0/3.2) and later 3 bolt cylinder heads (964/993), please select the right option for you. We are happy to help and build custom kits to suit your needs. Please don't hesitate to contact us!

- AMS high flow intake T-piece / manifold, equipped with ports for vacuum lines and the Bosch T-map sensor, hidden out of sight.
- AMS fuel rail kit with fittings
- Bosch 82mm electronic throttle body with connector kit
- AMS CNC machined resonance flap kit (Photos coming soon, refer to our CNC machined resonance tube on our turbo kits for what it will look similar too)
- Bosch 1.15Bar Temperature and Pressure Sensor (T-MAP) and connector kit
- AMS rubber sleeves for throttle, resonance flap (4x), including hose clamps

- OEM Porsche 996 GT3 Intake Manifold x 2, including plugs for side ports.
Option 2: 2 Bolt Kit Excluding Manifolds
In addition to the base kit:
- AMS 2 Bolt (2.7/3.0/3.2) intake adapters available in 40, and 42mm port diameters and spacers for AMS fuel rails to suit long medium or short EV14 style injectors. Please nominate preferred port diameter at time of ordering.
- Excluding OEM Porsche 996 GT3 Intake Manifolds
